Wirral Third Sector Assembly (3SA). The 3SA is a membership of local third sector organisations and supports the creation of local networks and partnership working. It is brought together by Voluntary and Community Action Wirral (VCAW) to improve communication across the sector, to grow its ability to  influence and to strengthen relationships with the public sector to improve outcomes for local people.
