Carelink is a Community Support Service for the West Kirby, Hoylake, Meols, Greasby, Frankby and Upton areas which provides help for older and/or disabled people, their families and carers.

Our team of volunteers can provide friendly and informal support with the following services:

To hospital, GP, dentist, optician, chiropodist and other health related appointments.

Occasional shopping according to need.

Someone to call in for a chat now and then.

Someone will call to collect and change your library books.

Occasional small odd jobs.
